Method of manufacturing

Copper sulfate method: prepare baking soda into a solution with a relative density of 1.05, first add it into the reactor, at 50 ℃, add the refined copper sulfate solution under stirring, control the reaction temperature at 70 ~ 80 ℃, and keep the pH value at 8. After the reaction, stand and settle, wash it with 70 ~ 80 ℃ water or non-ionic water until there is no SO42 - in the washing solution, and then centrifuge and dry to obtain the finished product of basic copper carbonate.

2CuSO4+4NaHCO3→CuCO3·Cu(OH)2+2Na2SO4+3CO2↑+H2O

Copper bicarbonate is produced by the reaction of copper bicarbonate with concentrated sodium nitrate and copper carbonate by electrolysis and dehydration, and then the product is produced into sodium bicarbonate.
